Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Also included in this new document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
